Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content plans.
- Recommend new formats, platforms, and content strategies, staying ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies.
- Create and manage social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat, X, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Schedule posts, monitor client pages, engage with audiences, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement.
- Conduct audience and buyer persona research to drive tailored content strategies.
- Ensure the brand’s tone and voice are consistently carried across all content and communications.
- Oversee community moderation, ensuring timely and thoughtful engagement with audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
- Analyze social media KPIs and performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
- Stay updated and apply the latest trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in content management, social media, or a related field.
- Proficient in multiple social media platforms
- Experience with content ideation, content writing, and community engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and performance optimization.
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Great leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
- Must have a portfolio
